3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that run parts of the app for us, under contracts that limit how they use it:

Other players see your username, colour, profile picture, country, scores, stats and badges. Anything you show in the app is visible to them.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of players or the public, or as part of a sale or merger of the app (we would tell you first).

5. Ads

The app shows banner ads and ads inside the app's screens, from Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before ads are personalised; you can change your choice in Profile > Settings > Ad privacy choices. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads on some phones).

6. International transfers

We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Some providers (for example Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, these transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or other lawful safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

8. Your rights and choices

California and other US states

We don't sell personal information for money. Showing ads through AdMob may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out by turning off ad personalisation in your Android settings (section 5) or by emailing us; we also honour Global Privacy Control signals where they reach us. We don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You have the right to know, delete and correct your data and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

9. Children

Mind Raider is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country, for example 16 in some EU countries, unless a parent has consented). If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Safety and moderation

Usernames are checked against a list of blocked words. When several players report the same username or profile picture, it is removed automatically and the report is reviewed by us. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break our Community Rules.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting provider. Access to the database is restricted, players can only reach their own data through the game's checks, and nobody can see other players' picks before a round is revealed. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Changes

We'll update this policy when the app changes. For important changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
