Community rules

Mind Raider is a party game for reading your friends. Keep it fun for everyone. These are not allowed in usernames, profile pictures or anywhere else in the app:

• Hate speech, slurs or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging anyone to hurt themselves or others.
• Sexual or nude content, and anything that sexualises minors.
• Violent, gory or shocking images.
• Pretending to be another person, the Mind Raider team or a moderator.
• Personal information about someone else (phone numbers, addresses).
• Spam, scams or advertising.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots or modified apps.

Report and block: tap a player in a lobby, standings, friends list or leaderboard and choose Report or Block. Blocked players can't add you as a friend or join your parties, and you won't be matched with them. We review reports and may remove names or pictures, reset stats, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Terms of use

1. Agreement

By using Mind Raider you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account. A guest account lives on your device; add an email in Settings if you want to keep it when you change phones. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the username and picture you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and show them inside the app for as long as they are on your account. Only upload pictures you have the right to use.

5. The game

Mind Raider is free and uses points only. Points, badges and ranks have no money value and can't be exchanged. The app shows ads. We may change, pause or stop features, reset leaderboards, or end the service, and will try to give notice of major changes.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that scores will never be lost.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

8. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
